Strategic Charity Auctions is your complete event support solution from pre-event consulting, offering item procurement advice, strategizing the “run of show” sequence, creating a custom landing page to showcase your event, managing the item inventory, as well as providing support for attendee and sponsor ticket sales. On the day of your event, we will provide a team of trained staff to greet your donor attendees, support all software administration and process all transactions. We support live auctions, silent auctions, paddle raise special appeals, and even events with no auctions. We are pleased to provide our team of professional auctioneers/emcees or work with your favorites.

We also offer optional services to include off-site remote participation and live streaming. Immediately following your event our staff will assist with item fulfillment to be certain that winners receive their correct items. We will furnish your organization with detailed reporting in the days after your event. Although we are based in Florida, we can assist and staff your organization to host a successful event in many metropolitan areas of the country.
