Long check-in lines set a frustrating tone before your event even begins. ClicKBid’s day of event tools are designed specifically to move guests through registration as fast as possible. Volunteers simply search a guest’s first name, last name, or company to pull up their record instantly, check them in quickly, and send their bidding link to their phone. No printed spreadsheets to scan, no paper forms to fill out, no separate stations for different tasks. The result is a smooth, welcoming arrival experience that gets guests headed to their seats or the bar quickly.
ClickBids table seating chart organizer lets you visually arrange your event layout, assign guests to specific tables, and manage seating changes in all one place. When a guest checks in, their table assignment is right there on the screen so your team can direct them immediately without shuffling through printed seating charts. Last-minute seating swaps are easy to make in the system and update across all devices in real time.
Yes. ClickBid makes it easy to assign paddle numbers and apply custom tags to guests, such as VIP, board member, major donor, or any category your event uses. These tags are visible to your check-in team, so the moment the guest is looked up, they get the right treatment or can be given a special item for your event. No separate lists to cross-reference, no pulling aside a team member to quietly ask who someone is.
Because ClickBid works with any device or smartphone, every volunteer with a phone can become a check-in station. We typically recommend for every 75 guests, have 1 person working check-in. This ratio seems to help move check-in quickly and have a seamless experience. However, you can have as many or as few individuals working check-in as it makes sense for your event.
