Silent auction items can be closed all at once, or in different time slots by category or item number. ClickBid gives you full control over silent auction closing times because we understand that not every event is on-time needing the last-minute customization. After closing, winners are notified via text immediately and guided through a mobile checkout to pay securely with a saved or new card on file. Receipts are sent out automatically, and your team can track who hasn’t checked out in real-time.
Each silent auction item is allowed 10 high-quality images, a customized description, starting and raise prices, as well as fair market value and buy-it-now value.
