Here’s the journey you can expect when working with our team:
You’ll start with a dedicated rep who knows your event and your organization.
Gain access to a full library of training videos and documentation. These resources, paired with live meetings, are a great combo for learning the ins and outs of the platform.
New clients receive 90 minutes of onboarding with your rep, and this time can be split into multiple shorter meetings if you prefer.
Before your event, your rep will review account settings, event flow, and checklists to ensure everything is ready.
During your event, you’ll have real-time backup support to ensure success and peace of mind.
You’ll also have access to our integrations specialist to help troubleshoot and guide CRM-related questions.
After the event, your rep will review reports with you, reconcile data, and answer any additional questions.
